Payment terms are defined per project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest and Automate reserves the right to suspend work on outstanding projects until payment is received.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Automate will not disclose client data, business logic, or project details to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any system we deliver, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from third-party platform changes, API deprecations, or client-side modifications made after delivery.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Automate reserves the right to terminate access to the website or services at our discretion for violations of these terms. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the project agreement.
